My Background in Automotive Diagnostics
I started as a BMW apprentice and spent 10 years on the shop floor dealing with the same diagnostics challenges you face today. After moving into training, I led the Audi UK Master Technician program where I worked with hundreds of experienced technicians.
What I Discovered
Even highly skilled technicians often struggle with systematic automotive diagnostics. I would reflect back to my time in the workshop, and how hard I found some of the diagnostic jobs I completed; resorting to guesswork and 'Swap-anostics.'
