Monthly and Annual subscription plans are avaiable. The user will select the subscription frequency at the check out page. Details of the content included for each plan can be found on the check out page for the subscription. There is some content on this site which is not included with the subscription. The price for the subscription is detailed on the check out page.
By signing up to the subscription and completing check out, the user authorises regular payments to be taken from the selected payment method. Payments are taken automatically after completing the initail purchase. Monthly payments will be taken on or near the same day the user signed up in the following month (monhtly plans) or year (annual plans). Payments are handled by third party platforms (Stripe and PayPal), Mechanic Mindset Ltd do not save any payment information. If the payment fails due to lack of funds in account or expired credit card, the stystem will automatically retry payment collection. After a pre determined number of tries, the account will be canclled and access to subscription contetn will no longer be possible. We will try to contact you if payments fail, but it is ultimately the users responsibulity to ensure funds are available for continued service access.
The user is responsible for cancelling the subscription, and users can cancel the subscription at anytime by logging in to their Mechanic Mindset account. The cancellation option can be found under the ‘Subscriptions’ tab on the ‘Dashboard’.
The user will have access to the subscription content until the end of the billing cycle. The user must contact us if there are any issues with the cancellation process and we will facilitate the cancellation process.
Accounts may be cancelled automatically if the payment is unsuccessful.
After cancellation, the user account will still be active, but access to subscription contents will no longer be possible. All course progress and data may be lost. If the user would like us to delete the account, please contact us directly [email protected] We have the right to cancel users subscription without notice.
Our money back guarantee is valid for all course, subscription and package purchases. Refunds can only be offered for purchases made within the 30 day period, if it is outside the 30 day period we can not offer a refund. Refunds will be made to the card or PayPal account that the initial purchase was made with. To request a refund, please contact us directly.
The money back guarantee can only be applied once. We will not accept abuse of the money back guarantee offer and course completion progress will be reviewed if we suspect our good faith is being taken advantage of. If you are not sure a course is right for you, we may offer advice to make the purchase that is right for you.

After checkout you will get instant access to the course. For missed or failed payments, we will try and contact you to organise a new payment. If you continue to miss payments you will be unenrolled from the course.

Some products include access to Live Training Sessions. These will be conducted via the Zoom meeting platform, links will be shared to our private meeting. These link must not be shared, and doing so may result in you Mechanic Mindset account being banned, cancelled and deleted.
We record live training sessions, and your video and microphone activity may be viewable in the recordings. These recordings may be used by us for external marketing purposes on the internet and social media. If you do not wish to be in the recorded video, please do not enable your microphone or video. Requests to remove your video or audio recording from the videos may incur additoinal fees for content management.
The chat window content is also recorded.
